22 Years in Wedding Florals & Props — Our Journey from a Small Workshop to a Source Factory
When people work with us for the first time, they often ask:  “How long have you been in the wedding floral business?”

Our answer is simple: 22 years.

But those 22 years are more than just a number — they represent a journey from a small handmade workshop to a trusted source factory in the wedding industry. It All Started with a Tiny Workshop, 22 years ago, we weren’t a “factory.”We were just a small team creating wedding floral arrangements. At that time, there were no standardized products or mature supply chains like today.Every wedding required everything to be done from scratch — sourcing flowers, crafting arrangements by hand, and setting up on-site.During busy seasons, working through the night was normal.  The night before a wedding was always the most intense. But it was during those early days that we realized something important:

The success of a wedding is largely defined by its florals and décor.

Why We Decided to Become a Source Factory, After a few years, we noticed a recurring problem:Clients were spending a lot, but the results were inconsistent.  Wedding planners struggled to control both cost and quality.

The reason was simple:

 Too many middle layers.

- Flowers from wholesale markets

- Props from multiple suppliers

- Design and execution disconnected

In the end, consistency was hard to achieve.

So we made a decision:
Take control of production and manage the key steps ourselves. From Handmade to Standardized — A Long Process ,Many people think a “factory” simply means scale and machines.

But in the wedding industry, the real challenge is: Standardizing production without losing aesthetic quality

Over the years, we have focused on:

- Turning commonly used wedding props into reusable, standardized products

- Building stable supply channels for floral materials

- Developing ready-to-use solutions for different styles (garden, minimalist, European, etc.)

- Improving delivery efficiency while maintaining on-site visual impact

Sometimes, a seemingly simple backdrop design takes dozens of revisions.

Because we understand:

A wedding only happens once — there’s no second chance. We’ve Seen Too Many Weddings Go Wrong

After so many years in the industry, we’ve seen common issues:

- Huge price differences for similar setups

- Beautiful photos that don’t match the actual event

- Missing props right before the wedding day

These are not just design problems — they are supply chain problems. That’s why more and more wedding companies choose to work directly with us.Because what they need is not just a product,  but a reliable, consistent, long-term supply partner. What We Do Today

Today, our daily work is actually quite simple:

- Providing stable supply for wedding companies

- Supporting florists with practical, executable designs

- Helping clients achieve better results within their budgets

On some days, we prepare materials for dozens of weddings.  During peak seasons, our factory runs almost non-stop.

But we always stay focused on one thing:

Making the complex process of wedding preparation simpler.Final Thoughts In these 22 years, we haven’t done anything particularly “dramatic.”We’ve simply stayed in this industry and continuously improved one thing:  wedding florals and décor.

If you are:

- A wedding company looking for a reliable supplier

- A florist seeking long-term collaboration

- Or someone planning a wedding and hoping to avoid common pitfalls

We may be able to help.

Feel free to reach out anytime.

For 22 years, we’ve been focused on one thing:

making weddings more reliable — and more beautiful.
